For all pole classes please wear shorts and a tank top (with a sports bra for females) or industry pole attire. Refrain from wearing jewelry, hand lotion, or body lotion. Bring a bottle of water.
This is a beginner class. Learn the basics of pole dancing like pole walking, spins, twirls, climbs and rolls. No experience necessary.
So you’ve taken several Intro classes and you’ve learned the basics of choreography, spinning, and climbing. Only now can you take Level 1 classes and begin to learn some tricks on the pole and work on inverting.
MUST HAVE OWNER’S APPROVAL TO ATTEND THIS CLASS. THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS NEVER TAKEN POLE CLASS BEFORE.
Your are inverting from the floor safely on your own and executing tricks like Butterfly, Layback, Jade, and Scorpio. Now it’s time to improve endurance through combos and creative variations to tie it all together.
IF YOU ARE A LEVEL 1 STUDENT CURIOUS TO LEVEL UP, PLEASE SEEK OWNER OR INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL IF YOU ARE NOT SURE.
This class is for the more advanced pole dancer. Learn aerial pole tricks, drops, and intricate transitions on static mode and spin mode.
MUST BE ABLE TO AERIALLY INVERT ON SPIN AND STATIC, EXECUTE 2-POINTS OF CONTACT MOVES AND SHOULDER MOUNT TO REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS.
Combining pole moves with a contemporary/lyrical feel. More focus on connecting pole elements musically. Great for making routines, improving flow, and discovering flawless transitions. MUST BE ABLE TO INVERT BY CHOPPER FROM THE THE FLOOR SAFELY AND ON YOUR OWN. BEGINNERS NOT PERMITTED.
This class is for the dancers who love their heels or who want to explore their inner sexy vixen in a pair of 6 inchers or higher. Learn pole dance with heel clacks, booty shakes, floor play, pole base work, body rolls, and exotic dance moves. BRING YOUR OWN HEELS (KNEE PADS AND LEG WARMERS ARE OPTIONAL, BUT RECOMMENDED). MUST HAVE TAKEN AT LEAST 3 INTRO TO POLE CLASSES BEFORE ATTENDING.
Studio will be open for individuals to practice what they’ve already learned or who are not seeking instructional time. An instructor will be present only for spotting and advice, if requested. NOT FOR FIRST-TIMERS. THIS IS NOT AN INSTRUCTIONAL CLASS.
This class is for the intermediate and up. Learn transitions, drops, and unique combos on static mode and spin mode. For advanced combos, an aerial invert and shoulder mount is a plus. However, variations will be provided so don’t be discouraged from registering.
MUST BE ABLE TO CHOPPER, LEG HANG, AND BUTTERFLY ON YOUR OWN TO REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS.
Jump on the latest innovation in aerial arts - Pole Silks!! Half pole dance + half aerial silks = creative whole body workout and FUN! Exploratory virtual learning experience via online lessons and tutorials. No experience necessary.

Dance from above the studio floor on an aerial hoop. Learn how to safely maneuver within the lyra, execute tricks, and move melodically to the music. Great for upper body strength, flexibility, and your core. No experience necessary.
For the Intermediate lyra aerialist. You’ve mastered the basics and are now working on transitions, combos, and form. Must have approval from instructor to advance from the Intro Lyra class into Level 1.
Dance while you are in air transitioning gracefully in a hammocked silk. Invert, spin, and twist into beautiful positions while working on your upper body, core, and flexibility. Often confused with aerial yoga, this class combines artistic dance elements with aerial arts. Not a yoga class. No experience necessary.
Must have instructor’s approval. Not for beginners. Learn more advanced inverts, climbs, drops, and combinations on the Aerial Hammock.
For all acrobatic classes please wear workout clothes. Refrain from wearing jewelry, hand lotion, or body lotion. Bring a bottle of water.
Get bendy and flexy! Static and Isometric stretching for increased flexibility to improve your range of motion and overall performance. Also, learn or improve on variations of handstands, headstands, shoulder-stands, chest-stands and pole-stands. No experience necessary. All levels welcomed.
Learn how to give the BEST lap dance they’ll ever get!! Learn how to make them beg for more, moves those hips, slide down their lap, talk dirty, plus MORE. Practice is done in pairs but sign up solo and we’ll pair your with a practice partner. This class is for females only. Heels are welcomed (but not mandatory), of course. Wear comfortable clothes like yoga pants and a tank top.
