This class is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for people who want to try Pole Dance for the first time. WE RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS CLASS AT LEAST 3 TIMES before going to Intro to Pole. This class will give you a taste for what to expect when you get into "Intro to Pole" so you'll already have some basic tricks up your sleeve. Examples of moves you will learn in this class will be basic walks, spins, body rolls, and one climb. This is a slower-paced, fun, inviting atmosphere designed to be fun.
This is a beginner class. Learn the basics of pole dancing like pole walking, spins, twirls, climbs and rolls. No experience necessary.
Beginner/Intermediate Pole is a class that welcomes first-timers and those who are in Level 1. Level 1 is defined as someone who is inverting (or almost inverting) safely on their own from the ground and is developing the skills to perform multiple points of contact moves such as a Jade Split, a Butterfly, and Leg Hang variations. Students will be taught based on their independent level.
So you’ve taken several Intro classes and you’ve learned the basics of choreography, spinning, and climbing. Only now can you take Level 1 classes and begin to learn some tricks on the pole and work on inversions. MUST HAVE OWNER’S APPROVAL TO ATTEND THIS CLASS. THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS NEVER TAKEN POLE CLASS BEFORE.

Combining pole moves with a contemporary/lyrical feel. More focus on connecting pole elements musically. Great for making routines, improving flow, and discovering flawless transitions. MUST HAVE TAKEN AT LEAST 3 INTRO TO POLE CLASSES.
This choreography based class is designed to improve your musicality, enhance your lines, and help you express freely. In this class you will learn a routine with varied movement on the pole, then stylize it and make it your own! For Level 1 and up or for students with a strong dance background.
Fire Floor & Base will explore the sexier side of pole dance at the base of the pole and floor elements. Heels and knee pads are recommended but not mandatory. Prerequisite - Must have taken 3 or more Intro to Pole classes. This class is not for first-timers.
Leveled combos on static mode and spin mode will be offered with variations for intermediate and up.
Jump on the latest innovation in aerial arts - Pole Silks!! Half pole dance + half aerial silks = creative whole body workout and FUN! Exploratory virtual learning experience via online lessons and tutorials. No experience necessary.
This class is designed to help students attain their goal of an invert on the pole - such as a chopper, a shoulder mount, an ayesha, or handspring. This is an all level class. Individual instruction is provided on inverts. Students focus on techniques offered to get that invert that they have been wanting.

Dance from above the studio floor on an aerial hoop. Learn how to safely maneuver within the lyra, execute tricks, and move melodically to the music. Great for upper body strength, flexibility, and your core. No experience necessary.
For the Intermediate lyra aerialist. You’ve mastered the basics and are now working on transitions, combos, and form. Must have approval from instructor to advance from the Intro Lyra class into Level 1.
Must have approval from instructor to advance from the Lyra Level 1 class into Level 2. For the advanced lyra aerialist. You are working with a high level of difficulty. You’ve mastered many grips, transitions and combos.
Dance while you are in air transitioning gracefully in a hammocked silk. Invert, spin, and twist into beautiful positions while working on your upper body, core, and flexibility. Often confused with aerial yoga, this class combines artistic dance elements with aerial arts. Not a yoga class. No experience necessary.
Must have instructor’s approval. Not for beginners. Learn more advanced inverts, climbs, drops, and combinations on the Aerial Hammock.
Learn the basics of aerial split silks in this fun and challenging beginners class. Students will leearn wraps, climbs, poses, and combinations in the fabric. This classs covers the basic foundation of moves in the split silks and builds upper body strength and flexibilty. No experience required.
This class will build off of the skills learned in the beginner class. Students will learn longer and more advanced combos, wraps, and drops. Prerequisites include having a straddle-back, climbing to the top of the silks, and students must be comfortable in a dead lift. Instructor approval required to attend this advanced class.
For exotic workout classes, knee pads are strongly recommended. Wear leggings and a tank top. Heels are optional.
FLEXIBILTY and SEXY FLOOR WORK! Bring knee pads. Heels are welcomed, but optional. Static and Isometric stretching for increased flexibility to improve your range of motion and overall performance. Also, learn or improve your floor slides, splits, rolls, heel clacks, and more! No experience necessary. All levels welcomed.
Learn how to give the BEST lap dance they’ll ever get!! Learn how to make them beg for more, moves those hips, slide down their lap, talk dirty, plus MORE. Practice is done in pairs but sign up solo and we’ll pair you with a practice partner. This class is for females only. Heels are welcomed (but not mandatory), of course. Wear comfortable clothes like yoga pants and a tank top.
Learn a sensual chair dance routine to make you feel seductive and confident. In this class the instructor will teach a chair flow routine that is perfect for all levels.
This is a strip tease exotic dance class for students 18 years and older. You will learn a sexy dance routine through the art of strip tease for all levels. When registering pay close attention to items needed since clothing is layered.
