Is Pole Dancing/Aerial Fitness a good workout?
No. It’s a great workout! Pole Dancing and Aerial Fitness can improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and cardiovascular health. It’s also wonderful for your mind and your confidence. This unique workout is truly like no other exercise you’ve ever experienced.
What should I wear?
For a POLE DANCE class wear shorts and a tank top. DO NOT WEAR lotion or oil on your hands or body of any kind, rings, anklets, or excessive jewelry. You’ll be asked to remove jewelry that will scratch the poles. Classes are taught barefoot or in heels.
For an AERIAL CLASSES wear yoga pants and a shirt with sleeves. Classes are taught barefoot.
Can I use my pack of classes for any class I’d like?
Yes. Packs can be used for any regularly scheduled class in Neptune City, Union City, and Atlantic City - just not for events, workshops, studio rentals, private lessons, or promotional items.
What is your cancellation policy?
Classes must be cancelled 6 hours in advance to receive CREDIT for your class. The only exception is for inclement weather if a class is cancelled.

Can I purchase a private studio rental?
Yes. You can purchase a private one hour studio rental for Pole Dancing for 1,2, or 3 people. Click here for booking your appointment.
Can I extend the duration of my current package?
Our studio policy prohibits the extension of a current package (with the exception of providing proof of a COVID-19 postive result for yourself or a doctor's note specifically stating how long you cannot partake in strenouous physical activity). Please consider your personal schedule and read the package descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Is there parking at your studio?
Our Neptune City studio and our Union City studio have free parking lots. The Neptune City studio is located in Coastal Plaza with a lot. At the Union City studio we have two lots, right next to each other, on the right of the building. Please do not park against the building. The Atlantic City studio has metered street parking on the main avenue and free parking on the side streets. The Tropicana Parking Garage is around the corner as well if you prefer a garage.
