Is Pole Dancing/Aerial Fitness a good workout?

No.  It’s a great workout!  Pole Dancing and Aerial Fitness can improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and cardiovascular health.  It’s also wonderful for your mind and your confidence.  This unique workout is truly like no other exercise you’ve ever experienced.

What should I wear?

For a POLE DANCE class wear shorts and a tank top with a sports bra.  DO NOT WEAR lotion or oil on your hands or body of any kind, rings, anklets, or excessive jewelry.  You’ll be asked to remove jewelry that will scratch the poles.  Classes are taught barefoot or in heels. 


For an AERIAL HAMMOCKS and LYRA wear yoga pants and a shirt with sleeves.  Classes are taught barefoot. 

Can I use my pack of classes for any class I’d like?

Yes.  Packs can be used for any regularly scheduled class, just not for events, workshops, studio rentals, or private lessons.

What is your cancellation policy?

Classes must be cancelled 6 hours in advance to receive CREDIT for your class.  The only exception is for inclement weather.

Can I purchase a private studio rental?

Yes.  You can purchase a private one hour studio rental for Pole Dancing for 1,2, or 3 people.  Click here for booking your appointment.
